My Knives Wouldn’t Hold An Edge Or The Edge Wasn’t Uniform Along The Length Of The Blade Resulting In Dull Spots. The Hunt Was On For A Better Solution.
I Found My Way Into The Guided Knife Sharpening World And Became Hooked. No Longer Was It Just About Sharpening A Dull Knife For A Utilitarian Duty It Became A Hobby. Learning About Different Blade Metals, Blade Profiles, And Sharpening Techniques.

Our Approach
Blades That Require Reprofiling, (Meaning The Cutting Edge Is Badly Chipped, Damaged, Or In Poor Condition) Are Either Done On Course Paper On The Delta Sander/Polisher Or On The TS Prof Utilizing 120 Grit Abrasive Wet Stones.
Once An Edge Is Defined Then I Progress Through Various Grits Of Wet Stones, Typical Knifes Are Finished At 1200 Grit Ceramic Wet Stone Upon Request I Can Progress Up To 10K Ceramic For A Mirror Finish, No Matter The Ending Grit All Knives Are Polished On A Leather Strop.
